Small Group Training

Get all the benefits of personal training but share the costs and camaraderie with like-minded fitness enthusiasts who will soon become great friends with small group training. Whether the group shares the goal of losing weight, increasing strength, improving aerobic capacity or flexibility, I can design a plan to help everyone in the small training group reach their fitness goals. Join one of the current small training groups, or gather up friends and organize your own small group training to get the time, location and goals you really want. Current groups average four participants and are held at three locations in Marin*

*Local locations include: Women’s Fitness Center, Fairfax; Forest Knolls Park, Forest Knolls; Memorial Park, San Anselmo.
