Don’t let getting older keep you from staying fit!
I have worked with clients from 18 – 78, but the majority of them are 50 and older. We all want to age gracefully, and the appropriate fitness program will help us do that. Every one of my older clients has a physical limitation be it arthritis, soft tissue issues like tennis elbow, former cancer patients, high blood pressure, asthma, heart arrhythmia, knee and hip replacements and various other orthopedic traumas that limit what a client can do. But there are always modifications and alternatives to accomplish a fitness goal.
