Ready to get fit? Get started with three simple steps:
Step 2: Meet Deirdra at the designated gym, studio or your home for your 45-min. personal fitness evaluation. I will then recommend the right training program for you. Please wear comfortable workout clothing. At the evaluation, if desired, I will take body fat and circumference measurements and teach and possibly test your basic moves to establish your baseline fitness level.
If nutrition changes are desired, you will also take a quick exam to determine the best Metabolic Effect program for fat loss and muscle gain.
Step 3: Start your new fitness routine and get fit!
